Develop and deliver compliance training programs across the organization.
Partner with leadership to promote ethical business practices and corporate governance.
Provide compliance reporting and recommendations to executive managementQualificationsBachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5+ years of progressive compliance experience, ideally within Manufacturing and Commercial environments.
Experience reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
Strong understanding of business, commercial, contract, or regulatory compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems.
Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
Experience with export controls, trade compliance, customs regulations, or quality standards is a plus.
