• Minimum qualifications:
• + Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in program management. + Experience in security operations (e.g., vulnerability management, system hardening, pentesting). + Experience in the creation, implementation, or management of internal controls in a technical environment.

• + Advocate, design, implement, and operate agentic-based controls across multiple compliance domains that automate risk analysis, triage issues, and validate control implementation.

+ Support enterprise-wide remediation initiatives, acting as a strategic partner to support product teams in resolving flaws and maintaining robust compliance postures. + Manage multiple compliance programs, leveraging innovative AI tooling to define milestones, track success criteria, and ensure on-time delivery. + Identify, assess, and advise on compliance risks and controls, using AI-first methodologies and intelligent tools for risk analysis. + Communicate compliance strategy, tool adoption, schedules, and status to stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
