Description and Requirements
The H&S Data & Compliance Manager supports the organization's Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality programs by analyzing safety data, identifying trends, and driving corrective actions that prevent recurrence of incidents. This role ensures compliance through accurate documentation, oversight of workers' compensation processes, and support for risk assessments, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote safe practices. Serving as a key resource for employees, the H&S Data & Compliance Analyst helps maintain a safe, compliant, and proactive workplace aligned with both global and local standards. What you will do Responsibilities, include, but not limited to: Conduct in-depth analysis of injury, near-miss and inspection non-conformities data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes. Categorize events and develop reporting that highlights risks and opportunities for targeted safety initiatives to prevent the recurrence of safety events. Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and operations teams. Track the status of actionable recommendations and corrective actions to completion. Ensure compliance with Policy 106 for all event reports and provide support and as it pertains to all affected business units Complete and distribute the Monthly Health & Safety Report Monitor and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to safety events and inspection targets. Provide regular KPI status updates to relevant business units and leadership. Communicate event and inspection objectives to HSEQ Operations & Maintenance teams and applicable business units. Collaborate with the Fleet Management team to monitor, analyze, and trend safe driving scorecards, supporting proactive safety initiatives and improvements. Support the development and execution of risk assessments across departments and projects. Review, update, and maintain all HSEQ documents—including policies, procedures, and manuals—to ensure alignment with global standards and compliance with local requirements. Manage document review teams and work closely with subject matter experts to develop, validate, and improve the accuracy of relevant documents. Ensure timely communication of changes and updates to employees, with a focus on building awareness and understanding. Manage and maintain the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment process, ensuring employees have the tools and resources they need to perform their work safely. Review, maintain, and ensure compliance with office emergency action plans and procedures. Assist in creating and delivering safety-focused communications and campaigns. Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding safety processes, resources, and documentation. Manage the internal process for purchasing PPE such FR clothing and safety boots and act as an administrator for the process (i.e. Gearcor) Assist in planning HSEQ-related needs and initiatives. Review HSEQ-owned contracts within the Health & Safety scope to ensure contractual obligations and operational needs are met (e.g., Gearcor, CORE). Evaluate contractual annexes and agreements to verify alignment within HSEQ requirements and standards. Act as purchasing support for H&S team needs Participate in or lead cross function project or audit teams to support company HSEQ programs and campaigns. Contribute to the overall needs and objectives of the unit and company. Maintain a positive rapport with various state and federal regulatory agencies Maintenance, development, and implementation of HSEQ manual, programs, compliance plans, and initiatives focused on Company Safety & Environment values, goals, objectives, and various regulations including
OHSAS 18001, ISO
14001, and

What you will bring BS in Safety, Environment or related work experience Minimum of 5+ years of related experience Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations, practices and computer skills Strong initiative and drive for high achievement and continuous improvement approach Ability to be on call or work off hours as needed Demonstrated ability to be a team player with passion, drive and the ability to self-start Ability to influence Availability for local, domestic and international travel; up to 30% Experience working within safety management systems/quality systems Superior communications, interpersonal, and organizational skills required Comparing, copying, calculating, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, communicating, instructing, and interpersonal skills.
