Job Description
KeystoneCare is seeking a dedicated and dynamic a Director of Quality, Compliance & Clinical Education for our Home Health and Hospice services. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading our quality assurance initiatives, developing educational programs, and enhancing the skills of our nursing staff to ensure that we provide the highest standards of patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include creating, implementing, and maintaining educational curricula focused on both home health and hospice care protocols, ensuring that all nurses stay abreast of the latest practices and regulatory requirements. You will also oversee the quality assurance processes, evaluating performance and care outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance patient care. In addition to education and quality assurance, this position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement, adherence to agency policies, and compliance with governmental regulations.
