Note Candidates must have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in a compliance, control, oversight, contracts, or closely related function. Experience working with manufacturing-related contracts, regulations, and standards is important for success in this role. Job Description Own the contracting process from intake through review, negotiation, approval, and signature Review customer, supplier, employment, and other commercial agreements for legal, regulatory, and internal compliance Lead complex contract negotiations while balancing business objectives, risk, and efficient cycle times Ensure compliance with applicable commercial, business, customs, export-control, and related requirements Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, tools, and management systems Conduct internal compliance reviews and audits and identify opportunities to strengthen controls Help prevent risks involving data protection, corruption, unethical conduct, and other compliance concerns Develop and deliver compliance training across the organization Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve contractual and compliance issues effectively Provide clear compliance reporting and guidance to executive management Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field required 4+ years of relevant compliance, control, oversight, contracts, or related experience Knowledge of commercial and business law, customs requirements, and applicable regulatory standards Familiarity with manufacturing-related contract regulations and standards Strong contract review, negotiation, risk assessment, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication, judgment, and conflict-resolution skills Strong Microsoft Office and database skills Fluent business English Leadership experience preferred Why You Will Love Working Here You will have the opportunity to take real ownership of a critical business function rather than simply maintain an existing process.
