Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Data Privacy & Compliance Attorney for a contract opportunity. The consultant will support privacy, compliance, and regulatory initiatives, including reviewing and negotiating DPAs, conducting risk assessments, managing DSARs and privacy inquiries, and partnering with cross-functional teams to provide practical compliance guidance.

Qualifications:
6+ years of data privacy and compliance experience Experience reviewing and negotiating privacy and data security agreements Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Experience with accessibility compliance, OFAC/sanctions programs, or emerging AI regulations is a plus If interested, please apply with a resume in PDF or Word format.
