Job Title:
Portfolio Manager Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Portfolio Manager to oversee Pharmacovigilance activities throughout the product lifecycle, excluding case management. You will ensure global Pharmacovigilance oversight on pipeline trials, IST/IIRs, post-marketing programs, and reporting requirements. This role includes departmental support for portfolio oversight, especially during audits and inspections. Responsibilities Manage the setup, maintenance, and closeout of programs. Ensure global Pharmacovigilance oversight on pipeline trials and post-marketing programs. Support departmental portfolio oversight, particularly during audits and inspections. Assist with CAPA/audit investigations and compile data to support quality and compliance processes. Coordinate GPRM efforts for new NDA/MAA/Product filing regulatory tasks. Manage assigned projects, including supporting the Portfolio Manager and handling 2-3 compounds. Take meeting minutes, document action items, and follow up to ensure completion. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree in Science or Healthcare-related discipline, or equivalent. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance or equivalent clinical or pharmaceutical experience. Minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience. Experience in using safety database systems, Argus preferred. Good knowledge of global Pharmacovigilance regulations (CFR/GVP), ICH Guidelines, and Good Clinical Practices. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Strong ability to work effectively within a team environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Understanding of pharmacovigilance (case processing, QC). Experience in oncology or cardiovascular fields preferred. Global experience with trials in regions such as the EU, Japan, and China is an asset. MS Degree preferred; Nursing, PharmD, or BS with 5 years of experience is acceptable. Work Environment This role requires commuting to the office once a month for a day-trip meeting. The position demands excellent collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively within a team-oriented environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Wilmington, DE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $70.00/hr.
