The Southeast Los Angeles County Workforce Development Board (SELACO WDB) is thrilled to invite applications for the position of a Manager of Compliance, MIS Administrator/ETPL Coordinator (MCAC). This leadership role ensures compliance with major funding sources, including WIOA, County-funded programs, and special projects. The MCAC will oversee contracts and compliance efforts, manage CalJOBS and the Eligible Training provider List and support strategic partnerships efforts. This position reports to the Deputy Director of Governance, Policy, and Strategic Partnerships. Candidates must possess excellent verbal, written, and public presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field or combination of education and experience equivalent.
Essential Job Functions:
Compliance & Oversight
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations; oversee program monitoring and audits. Procurement & Contract Management
  • Oversee and execute procurement, and contract development. Performance & Data Tracking
  • Monitor program outcomes, oversee MIS/CalJOBs data tracking and accuracy, and generate reporting. Strategic Partnerships
  • Support service providers and the development of MOUs. Leadership & Supervision
  • Lead a high-performing team, provide training, and implement best practices for efficiency and compliance. Duties as assigned
