- Manage international assignments, transfers, and repatriations; Advise stakeholders on mobility solutions, risks, and costs. Support complex cross-border mobility cases. Compliance & Vendor Management
- Ensure compliance with tax, immigration, employment, and social security requirements. Manage external mobility service providers. Oversee mobility compliance processes and reporting. Compensation & Payroll
- Manage assignment compensation and cost calculations. Coordinate compensation reviews for mobile employees. Administer shadow payroll, tax equalization, and reporting. Mobility Programs & Reporting
- Create and maintain mobility processes, guidelines, and documentation.
Must have skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of global mobility experience in a multinational environment. Expertise in international assignments, expatriate compensation, payroll, tax, and compliance. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. Advanced PowerPoint, reporting, and process mapping capabilities. Experience in workflow design, documentation, and process improvement. Strong analytical skills and high level of discretion. HARTING's Total Compensation Structure includes a Base Salary and Bonus Percentage.Competitive base salary:
$90,000- $120,000 (commensurate with experience, subject to change dependent on physical location) This role is eligible for a 10% discretionary annual bonus.
