THE WORK
You'll coordinate with subject-matter experts to satisfy compliance obligations and Environmental Requirements, aligning all actions with the overall construction schedule. You'll partner with Permit Managers to fully understand permit conditions and translate those requirements for Construction teams, ensuring compliance with all environmental approvals. You'll manage environmental and construction consultants who support site delivery, overseeing their work on required inspections, internal reporting, agency discussions, AHJ submissions, and field-level compliance advice for construction teams. You'll identify and mitigate construction-related issues involving stormwater, wetlands, streams (CWA 404/401), threatened and endangered species, cultural resources, buffers, tree preservation, and air compliance—and you'll assist permitting teams in delivering construction-requested permit modifications. You'll support regulatory agency, stakeholder, and community engagement activities for new builds. You'll develop environmental risk and compliance mitigations that enable datacenter construction and operations to proceed within development timelines. You'll manage environmental compliance planning and execution for both pre-construction activities and operational turnover You'll communicate environmental requirements and expertise to diverse internal and external stakeholders, maintain and report project status regularly, and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of an Environmental Excellence program for datacenter delivery and construction On-site at client site : The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs. $125,000 - $150,000 a year Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
