Assistant Residuals Analyst Entertainment Partners

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform verification of residual show setups and payments for various distribution markets for compliance with union contracts and EP established guidelines. Acquire a basic level of knowledge, application and retention of the union contract provisions, regulations, deadlines, industry standards and requirements governing residuals in general, and for each guild; and to learn and maintain moderate proficiency of research and proper application in accordance with EP residuals standards. Interpret and apply Guild agreements including support for documentation creation of department procedures as they relate to guild agreements and for procedural and contractual questions. Test new software programs making sure payments & products follow guild regulations. Perform other duties as assigned or as the situation dictates. Support, promote and execute policies developed by Department Executive; and contribute, support and promote unity, cooperation and harmony within the department to achieve common goals. Maintain high degree of confidentiality of client information, data provided by client and all EP proprietary information such as internal residual processes, computer programs and databases. Promote EP, EP services and products, teamwork and positive, harmonious interpersonal relations throughoutEP. JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Bachelor's Degree or industry/job experience equivalent. 0- 2 years in contract administration, union and union employment contracts experience. 0
- 2 years of Residual experience or equivalent industry/job experience. 0
- 2 years accounting/payroll experience, (entertainment industry preferred). Experience in and aptitude to learn the use of computer programs and applications including Microsoft Office particularly: Word, Excel, Outlook. Mathematics
- High level of knowledge of arithmetic and its applications. Excellent Communication to include active listening; written and oral comprehension and expression. Complex Problem Solving
- Identifying problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
