Competitive (DOE) AppleOne is partnering with a dynamic and growing company in the Goleta area to hire a detail-oriented Travel & Expense Analyst. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience managing expense reporting systems, particularly Concur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, audit, and process employee expense reports in Concur
• Ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies
• Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Analyze expense data and identify trends or cost-saving opportunities
• Support month-end close activities related to travel and expenses
• Provide training and guidance to employees on T&E policies and systems
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to improve processes

• Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in travel and expense, accounting, or finance roles
• Hands-on experience with Concur is required
• Strong understanding of expense reporting and reimbursement processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
