Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Drug & Alcohol Testing Analyst to join our team. This is an administrative/compliance position and is not a laboratory role . The position focuses on coordinating drug and alcohol testing, maintaining records, tracking compliance requirements, and communicating with clients, drivers, laboratories, and collection sites. Previous DOT drug testing experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with strong clerical, administrative, data entry, or customer service experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule drug and alcohol testing for drivers and employees Track testing status, results, and required follow-up Review documentation for accuracy and completeness Maintain confidential drug and alcohol testing records Communicate with clients, drivers, laboratories, and collection sites Assist with DOT and FMCSA drug and alcohol compliance requirements Follow up on missing documents, pending tests, and client requests Enter and maintain information in company systems Perform general clerical and administrative duties Requirements Clerical, administrative, data entry, or customer service experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good written and verbal communication Comfortable handling confidential information Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and computer systems Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Willingness to learn DOT drug and alcohol testing procedures This position does not perform laboratory testing or specimen analysis. DOT, FMCSA, transportation, compliance, or drug testing coordination experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
