The Opportunity:
This dynamic role offers direct, broad exposure across the entire development lifecycle, working closely with senior leadership in an entrepreneurial, non-siloed environment. Our client seeks a detail-oriented, financially minded Analyst to support transaction execution, underwriting, and closing due diligence across a robust pipeline of projects.
What You'll Do:
Financial Modeling & Underwriting:
Build and update dynamic real estate proformas, development budgets, and complex capital stacks incorporating debt, equity, and specialized funding programs under senior guidance.
Capital Sourcing & Applications:
Track public/private funding cycles, compile complete financing application packages, draft components, and manage direct uploads to funding portals.
End-to-End Closing Due Diligence:
Coordinate transaction checklists across internal teams, legal counsel, title companies, lenders, and syndicators while ordering and organizing all 3rd-party reports.
Debt Conversion & Compliance:
Manage post-closing checklists, maintain ongoing portal compliance calendars, and drive the conversion requirements from construction debt to permanent financing.
Market & Feasibility Research:
Evaluate local market dynamics, rent comps, utility allowances, zoning/entitlements, and site feasibility for prospective developments and specialized community programs.
Policy & Program Tracking:
Monitor local, state, and federal housing policy legislative changes and compile executive summary memos on new funding streams to guide pipeline strategy. What You bring : Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration 1-3 years of experience in real estate financial analysis, development, multifamily housing, banking, or tax credit syndication. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and AI tools. Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail. Must have the ability to manage multiple deadline driven projects simultaneously.
