Candidate Responsibilities:

Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed. Read state statutes and compare with complaints to analyze the issue. Communicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUST. Advise complainant of the Division's jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason. Provide any resources or referrals, as appropriate. Send written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor. Close the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa. Document the actions in the OnBase system.
