Compliance Officer (Non Security) Unarmed Officer Fort Lauderdale , Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315 About This Position Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Compliance Officer to ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, tech-savvy, and able to build positive relationships while maintaining compliance. •Qualifications• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, auditing, customer service, or a related field. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required. Responsibilities Conduct routine compliance audits and inspections. Monitor adherence to company policies and procedures. Investigate and document compliance concerns. Prepare reports and maintain accurate records. Work with management to resolve compliance issues and implement corrective actions. Provide guidance to employees on company policies and procedures. Deliver exceptional customer service to employees, clients, and visitors. Perform other duties as assigned.

Wednesday thru Tuesday (8am-4pm) Full Time •
