Policy Development Full Job Description Overview:
Senior Compliance Specialist Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00
PM Location:
Jacksonville, Florida or any of our UF locations (Leesburg, Gainesville, Jacksonville, St. Augustine)
Work Style:
On-site Plays a critical role in ensuring the organization adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies. Assesses compliance risks, develops and implements compliance programs, and conducting thorough investigations into any breaches. Collaborates closely with auditors and regulatory bodies, maintains up-to-date compliance documentation, and provides expert advice to business units to promote ethical and legal operations. Reports to senior management on compliance status and findings is also a key responsibility.

Collaborates with auditors and regulatory bodies. Maintains compliance documentation and advises business units. Reports compliance status and findings to senior management.
Qualifications:
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ year's experience in advanced compliance management Proven ability to lead compliance investigations and audits Expertise in regulatory standards and risk mitigation Strong skills in policy development and employee training Experience reporting to senior management and regulators
Preferred Qualifications:
Nursing Degree with Nursing background
