Role Description Abboud Trading is seeking a full-time FTZ Coordinator/Manager for an on-site position located in Miami, FL. The role involves managing daily Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) operations, including inventory control, FTZ compliance, and reporting. Responsibilities also include supporting import/export activities, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with customs brokers and regulatory agencies, and ensuring strict adherence to U.S. Customs and FTZ regulations. Qualifications Proficiency in FTZ operations, inventory management, and customs documentation Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and compliance requirements Strong organizational and analytical skills for effective process coordination Experience with import/export procedures and working with customs brokers Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and regulatory agencies Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems, including experience with inventory management software Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with FTZ operational software is highly desirable
