We are seeking a Governance, Compliance & Analytics Coordinator to support our Compliance Program, organizational reporting, policy administration, and continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President of Information Technology, who also serves as Trivium's Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer, this role partners with leaders across the organization to support compliance activities, analytics, governance processes, and operational improvements. Receive your paycheck every Friday Position Summary The Governance, Compliance & Analytics Coordinator supports the administration of Trivium's Compliance Program while coordinating organizational reporting, records management, policy processes, and business analytics. This position helps ensure regulatory readiness, accurate reporting, and continuous improvement across the organization. Key Responsibilities Compliance & Governance Support daily compliance program activities, documentation, and reporting Maintain compliance records, tracking logs, and corrective action documentation Assist with audits, regulatory reviews, accreditation activities, and investigations Prepare compliance reports and executive summaries Business Analytics & Reporting Develop and maintain dashboards and organizational performance reports Analyze data trends to support decision-making and process improvement Partner with leaders to identify reporting needs and opportunities Utilize tools such as Microsoft 365, Power BI, Oracle Analytics, NetSuite, and myEvolv Records & Policy Administration Maintain records management and data retention documentation Coordinate policy reviews, approvals, updates, and publication Manage SharePoint policy resources and support information governance practices Education & Continuous Improvement Support compliance training and awareness activities Monitor required training completion and policy acknowledgements Identify opportunities to improve processes and organizational effectiveness Qualifications Required Qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Compliance, Public Administration, or related field preferred Two to five years of experience in compliance, healthcare, business operations, analytics, quality improvement, project coordination, records management, or related areas Strong Microsoft 365 skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Preferred Qualifications Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, Oracle Analytics, NetSuite, or myEvolv Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare compliance, CARF standards, or regulatory requirements Experience supporting audits, reporting, or compliance initiatives Ideal Candidate You'll thrive in this role if you: Enjoy solving problems and improving processes Have strong attention to detail and organization skills Build positive relationships across departments Value integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement Enjoy using data to support better organizational outcomes Join Trivium Life Services and help strengthen the systems, compliance, and analytics that support our mission of Creating Hope, Empowering Lives, and Inspiring Communities.
