Job Description Insight Global is seeking a PCI Analyst Lead for a top financial services and payments-focused client. This individual will serve as the senior-most individual contributor responsible for leading the development and maturity of the organization's PCI compliance program. The ideal candidate is not someone who simply executes against existing controls, but rather a strategic compliance leader who has successfully built compliance programs, governance frameworks, and risk assessment processes from the ground up. This person will oversee PCI readiness efforts, targeted risk assessments, governance documentation, and certification activities while partnering closely with business leaders, security teams, and external assessors. The role requires a highly autonomous professional who can identify cardholder data environments, determine compliance scope, collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, and develop sustainable compliance processes. Additionally, this individual will gain exposure to broader Information Security and Technology Risk initiatives, offering future growth opportunities into areas such as AI Governance, enterprise risk management, and leadership-level security programs.
