Job Description

Full-time, Direct Hire! Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm, $22.17/hr., with a generous benefit package! Position administers existing loan and grant program procedures and provides technical assistance to customers and partners.
Schedule and perform program monitoring:
prepare for site visit, conduct exit interview and draft final compliance reports; provide training and/or technical assistance when needed; respond to inquiries Process project documentation and loan/grant packages to ensure compliance: review packages and work to resolve any compliance; approve/deny submittals for payment/purchase; maintain activity logs; track & monitor production data to ensure goals will be achieved. Collect, analyze and track production data monthly: coordinate & conduct training Assists with preparation and submittal of quarterly and annual reports Compiles data for required reports Assists team as needed to reconcile budgets, payments, expenditures and resolving discrepancies Knowledge/experience of housing repair and rehabilitation is necessary to be successful in this role. Familiarity with HUD environmental review process, mortgage loan documentation and federal grant experience is ideal. Excellent communication skills and strong time management is needed.
