Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Regulatory Analyst to join our team and drive compliance. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate reporting to various agencies and maintain current progress on company projects. Your expertise will support successful regulatory submissions and uphold our commitment to the highest standards of regulatory compliance management. Duties
- Assists in developing procedures to ensure regulatory compliance with Federal and State rules and regulations.
- Interprets and analyzes proposed regulation and legislation and prepares summary and/or comments to assist management's review and understanding of impact on the company.
- Complete and submits timely quarterly and annual submissions to Federal and State agencies.
- Track projects progress.
- Assists in the compilation, preparation and filing of data requests to industry agencies.
- Maintain telecom documents and electronic files using various PC and software programs as directed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum of five years experience in the telecommunications industry
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and reporting
- Project management experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Valid US driver's license
