Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, patterns, and performance opportunities Develop and maintain dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive-level summaries Present findings and recommendations clearly to leadership and other stakeholders Partner with cross-functional teams to gather context and validate insights Use existing data sources and reporting tools to support strategic decision-making and business improvement

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, Business Intelligence, Reporting, Analytics, or Data Analysis roles Experience creating dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting Experience analyzing both operational and financial data Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly to executives Experience with Tableau, Power BI, advanced Excel, or similar reporting and visualization tools
