As a Cyber Compliance Analyst, you will join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance team in the Global Information Security group. This excellent role lets you significantly influence our cybersecurity objectives. You will collaborate closely with various teams across the company and engage with external customers, suppliers, and partners. This role carries the responsibility of supporting a security policy program and managing its related exceptions process. You will be instrumental in promoting a security-first culture within our organization. Using innovative tools and technologies, you will help safeguard our global operations. Join us on this exciting journey where your contributions truly matter! What You'll Do Lead and contribute to cyber compliance activities across global audits, help with evidence collection, improve processes, and mentor less experienced team members. Assist in handling SOC1, SOC2, and Multi-State Lottery (MUSL) audits throughout North and Latin America. Assist the broader compliance group with
ISO 27001, IT
General Controls, Gaming Labs International (GLI), and PCI audits. Support multi-functional work within the GRC team including support of third-party assessments and cybersecurity policy creation and updates. Partner with the internal audit team, assisting in cyber responses to findings and driving remediation efforts. Work with collaborators across the business to identify, track, and resolve risks through structured risk management processes. Support the broader information security program, aligning with Aristocrat's strategy, including critical metrics. Spot opportunities to strengthen cybersecurity, proactively identify gaps and recommend improvements. Help build and advance our global cybersecurity strategy and support the execution of key security initiatives. What We're Looking For Required 2+ years of proven track record in information security audit/compliance field Practical experience participating in and leading
SOC 1, SOC 2, MUSL
audits, along with familiarity with ISO 27001 and PCI DSS certifications. Nice to Have Familiarity with frameworks like
NIST CSF, NIST
800-53, and experience with gaming industry standards (e.g., GLI-GSF, GLI-19, GLI-33) or U.S. gaming regulations (e.g., MUSL). Experience with AI and automation technologies to support increased automation of GRC processes. A proactive, adaptable mindset—you're comfortable navigating an evolving cybersecurity landscape. Teamwork skills and a team-first demeanor in a global environment. Sharp analytical and critical thinking abilities along with clear and confident written and verbal communication capabilities. Preferred Certifications CISA, CISSP, CCSP, CISM, and/or CompTIA Security+ This is a great chance to create a real impact on global cybersecurity efforts.
