JOB DESCRIPTION POSITION

Inventory Compliance Coordinator

LEVEL OF AUTHORITY

Associate

THIS POSITION REPORTS TO

Special Projects Manager

JOB TITLES REPORTING TO THIS POSITION

None ROLE:

To ensure proper execution of all processes necessary to guarantee inventory accuracy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Verify accuracy of all product received to Finished Goods inventory. Ensure all cycle counts are completed in a timely manner. Audit/reconcile all cycle counts and post appropriate transactions in Mapics Investigate issues affecting inventory accuracy and assist in implementing effective resolutions. Monitor for inventory anomalies such as negative balances and excessive transaction quantities and resolve all ensuing issues. Maintain all data systems as necessary to ensure accuracy of inventory locations and balances. Assist in identification and disposition of obsolete and discontinued product. Effectively manage all mass inventory pulls. Other tasks as deemed appropriate by Special Projects Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

A minimum of a High School education.

Experience:

Three years in a similar role, preferred.

Skills:

Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, required. Knowledge of Mapics application suite, required. Thorough understanding of the corporate impact of inventory accuracy.
