Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM | 40 hours/week

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid

•3 days onsite per week; Tuesday and Wednesday are mandatory onsite days

Pay Rate:

$25

•28/hour

•ideally this weekAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Analyst to support the Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal teams of a leading logistics and transportation company.



This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in data entry, administrative support, customer/client onboarding, operations, document processing, or database management who is interested in gaining exposure to compliance and risk management.



Direct compliance experience is not required. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who is comfortable working with detailed information, following established processes, maintaining accurate records, and identifying missing or inconsistent information.



What You'll DoThe day-to-day responsibilities will be focused on data entry, documentation, client onboarding, and database maintenance, including:



Enter and maintain accurate client and vendor information in internal databasesReview documentation to ensure information is complete and accurateAssist with new client onboarding and account setupProcess onboarding documentation and follow up on missing informationMaintain and update vendor records and databasesProcess and track cargo insurance requestsAssist with vendor management and insurance-related activitiesOrganize and maintain compliance documentation and recordsIdentify discrepancies, incomplete information, or potential issues and escalate appropriatelyProvide administrative and data support to the Compliance, Risk Management, and Legal teamsAssist with regulatory and compliance-related projects, including TSA, CTPAT, ESG, and other initiatives as neededIdeal Skill SetStrong data entry and database management skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and time-management skillsComfortable reviewing documents and identifying missing informationStrong Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulasExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to follow established procedures and processesStrong follow-through and ability to meet deadlinesComfortable working with confidential or sensitive informationStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to learn new systems and processes quicklyProfessional, positive, and team-oriented approach
