Job Description

Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ISO and Compliance Coordinator specializing in
ISO 9001
standards to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will champion the development, implementation, and maintenance of our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of
ISO 9001
quality management systems across manufacturing processes. Conduct comprehensive internal and external quality audits to verify adherence to
ISO 9001.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to facilitate quality inspections, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process improvements aligned with industry best practices. Maintain detailed documentation of quality procedures, audit reports, non-conformance reports, and compliance records for transparency and accountability. Provide training sessions on quality standards Support project management initiatives aimed at enhancing manufacturing efficiency while ensuring strict adherence to quality systems and regulatory requirements. Experience Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a focus on quality control or assurance. Strong knowledge of
ISO 9001
standards Hands-on experience conducting quality audits and implementing quality systems within regulated environments Skilled in analysis techniques for root cause investigation and problem-solving within complex manufacturing processes. Effective team leadership abilities combined with excellent cross-functional communication skills to foster collaboration across departments.
Pay:
From $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 - 45.0 per week

Hybrid remote in Memphis, TN 38107
