The SCA and DBA Compliance Analyst will support the company's compliance with Service Contract Act ( SCA ) and Davis-Bacon Act ( DBA ) requirements to ensure all applicable wage determinations, labor laws and regulatory orders are met. This is a collaborative partner role, working cross-functionally with legal, HR, operations, and other departments to promote organizational integrity, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to Code of Conduct. The ideal candidate is a compliance-focused professional with deep expertise in both SCA and DBA that can navigate complex regulatory landscapes with precision and efficiency. This position is remote and requires US Citizenship.
