Role:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented full-time Compliance Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our programs run smoothly while making a meaningful impact on the lives of others. We provide continuous paid training to ensure you are fully equipped for success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client financial assistance applications and maintenance (housing, food stamps, medical).
  • Coordinate case management activities with state agencies.
  • Complete, review, and track daily and monthly client documentation.
  • Maintain accurate files, reports, and essential records.
  • Attend client annual meetings.
  • Communicate with managers and staff regarding residents and provide training on correct documentation procedures.
  • Represent North Eastern Services professionally at all times.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of office experience (1 year of management experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Typing speed of at least 50 WPM.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
Starting Pay Depending On Experience:
$18-$20
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
