+ Efficiently manage assigned tasks, prioritize work, and ensure timely completion of audits. + Conduct voluntary phone audits by analyzing electronically submitted information and requesting additional details from policyholders via phone or email. + Create comprehensive audit reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards, and submit reports for review. + Consistently meet or exceed established quality and productivity benchmarks. + Follow up with policyholders and resolve any discrepancies or concerns related to audits.
