The Coordinator for Classification is responsible for supporting the development, maintenance, and administration of the school division's classification program and job architecture. This role conducts job analyses, desk audits, and position evaluations to ensure accurate classification aligned with duties, responsibilities, and organizational needs, while maintaining consistency, internal equity, market competitiveness, and regulatory compliance.Job Description SALARY:
