Overview Join our dynamic team as an HOA Compliance Coordinator, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring community standards and regulations are upheld with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities Monitor and enforce community rules, regulations, and policies in accordance with HOA guidelines. Conduct regular inspections of common areas, private properties, and community facilities to ensure compliance. Communicate with residents to address violations promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of violations, resolutions, and communications using compliance management software. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance programs aligned with local laws and industry standards. Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Experience High School Diploma or GED Equivilent Customer Service Experience Microsoft Office Experience Comupter and Data Entry Experience working in a team enviornment Professional phone and email etiquette Reliable attendance and punctuality This role is perfect for motivated professionals passionate about maintaining high standards within vibrant communities.
