Records & Compliance Specialist Role:
Conduct conflict checks and maintain accurate records within the organization's management systems to support new client and matter intake. Respond to records and compliance-related inquiries, providing timely and professional support to internal stakeholders. Manage the retrieval, tracking, organization, and storage of physical and electronic records. Coordinate records retention, off-site storage, file transfers, and secure destruction processes with internal teams and external vendors. Ensure data accuracy and compliance with established records management and information governance policies. Qualifications for the
Records & Compliance Specialist:
3+ years of records management experience within a legal, professional services, or similarly regulated environment. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Proficiency with records management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
