$85,000/year About Us We're a growing equipment leasing company seeking an experienced Credit Manager with a background in equipment financing to head up our Operations department. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build and shape a department as the company scales. About the Role You'll be the key link between our sales reps and our lending partners — packaging and presenting transactions effectively to get deals approved and funded, while building strong relationships with our lending sources. Responsibilities Head up the Operations department for a growing company Serve as the primary point of contact between internal sales reps and outside lenders/funding sources Communicate regularly with sales reps about deal status, structure, and requirements Occasionally present to the team on lending sources and funding options Review and analyze customer financial statements, credit applications, and supporting documentation Package and submit lease transactions to lenders, advocating effectively on behalf of the deal Build and maintain relationships with a network of lenders to support approval rates and turnaround times Work closely with sales reps to gather documentation and structure deals for successful submission Track transactions through the approval process and communicate updates to reps and customers Identify potential issues in a deal early and proactively address them with lenders

Requirements Required:

Industry experience in equipment financing/leasing Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Understanding of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow) Strong ability to sell deals to lenders — persuasive, persistent, and relationship-driven Comfortable communicating with sales reps and presenting to a group Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Strong interpersonal and communication skills Must be comfortable working onsite
