Job Description
Prepare the loan analysis, cash flows, and loan narratives Spread & analyze business and personal financial statements, tax returns, etc. Perform collateral analysis for real estate, accounts receivable, inventory, investments, etc. Research industry trends and potential risks Conduct annual reviews on existing credit relationships as needed to monitor credit quality Involved in the process of getting the loan approved and completing a loan file from beginning to end Create and follow loan pipeline for new loans and loan renewals. Conduct annual reviews on bank vendors to assess their financial condition Complete real estate appraisal reviews for both commercial and residential properties Constant Communication with Loan Officer to meet certain file deadlines Follow up of loan exceptions for financial documents. Only notify Loan Officer when all efforts have been exhausted. Help in administering internal and external audits by checking and verifying file information
