The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $125,961.00 to $215,933.00. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.
Responsibilities:
The C&I Analyst Program Manager functions in a player-coach capacity, providing mentoring and oversight of the underwriting, due diligence and portfolio management performed by the Credit Analysts while also functioning as a Portfolio Manager on complex deals, for training purposes as well as overflow of deals This role functions to institutionalize quality and consistency of the C&I team's underwriting of new and existing loan transaction analysis and establish norms for the Analysts relative to risk assessment, market understanding, portfolio management and documentation exceptions. Manage daily operations and staff in their performance; holding them accountable for qualitative and quantifiable results ensuring that proper procedures are followed and that all functions are completed within allotted timeframes. Provide Oversight and ensure quality control over the teams work Responsible for directly managing, mentoring and developing EagleBank Analyst (I, II & III) along with Summer Interns. Work closely with Director C&I Portfolio Management and Market Executives along with Chief Lending Officer to develop a robust training and development curriculum. Develop and conduct training of Analysts with Financial Statement understanding, spreads, Guarantor Analysis, Annual Reviews and all aspects of credit and portfolio management functions. Perform all managerial related tasks including performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, interviewing, hiring of candidates and providing necessary training and coaching. Assess skills and abilities to leverage team performance and provide targeted coaching to help improve associate skills and career growth and ongoing direct one-on-one coaching. This role is responsible for recruiting and building a pipeline of talent for the bank across all LOBs and other functions. Coordinate and collaborate with deal team and all stakeholders to give the Analysts full credit experience including but not limited to shadowing existing PM/RM on deals, developing opportunities to present at different committees, face time with Senior Leadership as well as being directly focused and engaged in the development of the Analysts. Act as Portfolio Manager in support of the entire credit process by collecting financial information from clients, preparing and submitting credit packages for the approval of new or existing loans. Work with Relationship Manager(s) to draft term sheets/loan proposals, assist in structuring and underwriting, presenting credit packages to the appropriate loan committee and/or approvers, reviewing loan documents, both internally and attorney prepared for accuracy prior to loan closing and the day-to-day management of upcoming maturities, past dues and documentation exceptions. Own certain high touch/complex client relationships and take on certain new relationships depending on client needs and complexity.

Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in finance, business, and economics, accounting or related field Associate's Degree (AA) in a business or finance related field and 3 additional years of experience in commercial credit or real estate analysis may be substituted for bachelor's degree 10 years experience in portfolio management and commercial underwriting including structuring and pricing loan transactions Experience with underwriting transactions from conception to completion independently Must be proficient in evaluating commercial credit risk Extensive knowledge of commercial lending, various industries, loan structures, all applicable laws and regulations, credit quality standards, working within company and business line policies and procedures Self-motivated individual with strong work ethic and time/workflow management abilities Successful web-based credit training through RMA, Omega or similar programs may be required within six months of hiring Strong interpersonal and relationship development abilities, with thorough knowledge of commercial credit products Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals and groups both senior and junior across the company Well-developed written communication and verbal presentation skills Proficient in credit underwriting, including cash flow, enterprise valuation and collateral analysis Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong knowledge of credit software Strong knowledge of credit process and underwriting guidelines Owner occupied CRE Line of credit Letter of credit Ability to work on several loan requests simultaneously Bank product knowledge
