TEXAS REFINERY CORP
, a leader in the specialty lubricants industry for more than 103 years, is seeking an enthusiastic team player for the Credit/Customer Service department. This is an entry level manager position; you will be trained to be a Credit Manager. The position offers an outstanding opportunity for advancement within the company for the right individual. TRC manufactures a line of superior lubricants and related products marketed to manufacturing, agriculture, construction, transportation, and many other industries. We seek a motivated, outgoing individual to join TRC for a career, not just a job.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a good working relationship with customers and salespeople by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning receipts and invoices in a courteous and efficient manner Research outstanding balances and take necessary collection actions Communicate identified credit risk accounts to management as required Research and examine customer credit risks, assess credit history Negotiate payment terms, collect payments, and account maintenance Assist customers with product returns and damaged/lost merchandise Effectively prioritize work to ensure efficiency Other duties as required and assigned Communication skills: Document customer account activities thoroughly and concisely Engage in interactive dialogue with customers through active listening Approach problems logically and with good judgment Candidates should have: Preferred Education - Bachelor's degree Customer Service and Collections experience are not required, you will be trained Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience working in a fast-paced environment A commitment to dealing with customers and salespeople with the utmost integrity and transparency.
