Job Description

We are seeking to add a detail‑oriented Credit Analyst to our team who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about supporting local businesses and individuals through sound credit decisions. This is fully onsite position reporting to our Luxemburg, WI office Monday - Friday. About the Role As a Credit Analyst, you'll review and analyze financial information to help determine the level of risk associated with extending credit to new and existing commercial customers. You'll prepare clear, accurate credit presentations used by lenders, senior management, and loan committee members. What You'll Do Develop Credit Presentations — Review financial statements, tax returns, credit bureaus, collateral, and cash flow to assess creditworthiness. Support Loan Renewals — Initiate renewal workflows, gather documentation, and coordinate with Commercial Loan Officers. Analyze Risk — Recommend appropriate risk ratings and verify aggregate credit exposure. Prepare Documentation — Complete ACH reviews, borrowing base agreements, appraisal reviews, and internal loan reports. Collaborate Across Teams — Present findings to the Chief Credit Officer, AVP of Commercial Credit, Loan Officers, and Chief Lending Officer. What You Bring Credit Analysis Experience — At least 1 year of credit or financial analysis experience Education — Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, or equivalent experience. Technical Skills — Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Analytical Strength — Strong reasoning, problem‑solving, and time‑management abilities. Communication & Detail — Clear written and verbal communication skills and a high level of accuracy.
