We are seeking a Housing Specialist with HUD and Tax Credit experience to support compliance, resident certifications, and affordable housing program administration.

Responsibilities:

Process resident files, recertifications, and lease documentationEnsure compliance with HUD and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit regulationsReview income verification and supporting documentationMaintain accurate resident and compliance recordsAssist with audits, reporting, and agency requests
