Job Description:
This job is responsible for supporting credit underwriting and monitoring for moderately complex client relationships. Key responsibilities include completing and reviewing credit analysis, evaluating risks, and preparing financial analysis using advanced tools and systems. Job expectations include assessing financials, projections, industry data, covenant compliance, collateral, and policy requirements to ensure alignment with the bank's risk appetite.Responsibilities:
Analyzes client financial information, identification/mitigation of potential risks, compliance with regulatory requirements and evaluation of collateral in determination of credit worthiness Completes monitoring activities via analysis of clients' financial performance and collateral evaluation to ensure appropriate requirements are met Listens in to client meetings to develop a deeper understanding of the client's business, management team, and past and future performance Reviews completed client requests to ensure compliance with policy and procedures Understands how credit data is used internally and provided to regulatory partners Assists with periodic portfolio reviews Participates in loan structure conversations and completion of loan documentationSkills:
