Penn Credit is a nationwide 3rd party debt collection agency currently hiring Recovery Specialists at our Phoenix Call Center. Our diverse client base covers a variety of verticals including Government, Medical, and Utilities. Prior experience is not necessary and we offer an hourly rate of $18, fully paid training, and a highly competitive benefits package. Job Functions:
Recovery Specialists assist consumers with the resolution of past due accounts across multiple market verticals such as healthcare, utility, and government. The role is performed in a call center environment and involves both inbound and outbound contact answering questions regarding open balances assigned by our clients, processing payments, and setting up payment arrangements. A multi-step training and coaching program will ensure your overall success and that you meet all Federal and State Collection laws.
