Job Description

Hawaii Community Federal Credit Union (HCFCU) is looking for qualified candidates to fill their open Support Services position located in the Admin Offices at the Kaloko location.
Duties include:
Provides administrative support for all activities associated with the Credit Union's member services and operational support for branches in accordance with the objectives and procedures established by Management and the Board of Directors. Ensures accuracy in account and loan onboarding, member profile maintenance and administers IRA reporting in accordance with regulatory requirements. Provides all support for ATM and ITM functions, along with ATM, ITM, and Mobile deposits and rejects any submitted incorrectly. Processes all Tax Levies, Garnishments, Subpoenas, Small Claims, and all research requests from members, staff, and federal/legal entities. Reviews Shared Branching disputes and issues provisional credits and makes other necessary adjustments to members accounts while disputes are being processed. On a daily basis, reviews and approves IRA application and request queues within the Credit Union system. Processes Required Minimum Distribution (RMDs) on a monthly basis and processes required tax forms.
