Branch Manager Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional member service? Advantage Credit Union is looking for a Member Service Processor II to join our team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of loan processing while delivering outstanding support to both our members and internal teams. As a Member Service Processor II, you'll audit consumer and mortgage loans, process loan servicing functions, assist members with loan-related questions, and support insurance claims and title processing. You'll also provide coverage on the teller line and lobby/receptionist desk, ensuring members receive a welcoming and seamless experience whenever needed. What You'll Do- Audit new accounts, new consumer and mortgage loans for accuracy and compliance.
- Process loan payoffs, including releasing vehicle titles and mortgage documentation.
- Assist members with payment questions, CPI insurance, and skip-payment requests.
- Track incomplete titles and insurance requirements.
- Process debt protection claims and insurance guarantee payments.
- Cross-sell and promote Advantage Credit Union products and services.
- Provide coverage for the teller line and lobby/receptionist desk as needed to ensure exceptional member service.
- Provide back-up support for Member Service Processor I and other operational functions. Qualification requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Professional member service and telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn credit union software systems.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding member service.
- Reliable, dependable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in credit union, banking, or financial services preferred.
