Job Description

Job Overview BANK is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist to manage the servicing of residential mortgage loans sold to Freddie Mac, FHLB MPF Xtra, and MPF Traditional investors, as well as the bank's in-house mortgage portfolio. This person would work out of one of the following BANK locations depending on where they live: Burlington, Coralville, Mediapolis, Morning Sun, Oxford, Wapello or West Des Moines, IA. Responsibilities Service and maintain secondary market and in-house mortgage loans. Complete investor reporting, remittance processing, and account reconciliations. Administer escrow accounts, including tax and insurance payments. Process loan maintenance requests, payoffs, modifications, and mortgage releases. Ensure compliance with investor guidelines, bank policies, and regulatory requirements. Assist borrowers with servicing-related questions and account research. Experience Mortgage servicing, loan operations, or banking experience preferred. Knowledge of Freddie Mac and
FHLB MPF
programs is a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking software systems.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
