The primary responsibility of this position is to provide clerical support to the mortgage, installment and commercial lending. Scan loan files Manage homeowners insurance Manage Flood Insurance Process paid loans and prepare mortgage discharges Manage Real Estate Tax for escrow and non-escrow loans Prepare annual escrow analysis Track final title policies Provide loan processing support as necessary Set up ACH Monitor daily/weekly/monthly reports Adheres to Range Bank Policies & Procedures Upholds the highest level of confidentiality and cyber security awareness
