practice and policy. Evaluate credit report and provide supporting documentation, if necessary. Conduct applicant interview and review and evaluate applicant financial and credit data to determine acceptable risk. Input loans into Loan origination System and issue proper disclosures and preliminary documents as required by Federal regulatory compliance Assist processors with obtaining Pre-closing conditions from borrowers. Process Modification requests according to the established policy and procedures of Crest Savings Bank. Be proficient in multi-tasking and prioritizing files. Work with Manufactured Housing partners to ensure MH loan purchased are within the credit guidelines of Crest Savings Bank Prepare and evaluate submitted requests for loan purchase by the MH partner Validate credit, income, asset and property documentation submitted Maintain pipeline and closed loan reports of MH loans. Requirements Provide superior customer service to existing and prospective customers. Comply with all Federal and State compliance policies and adhere to all HMDA Requirements. Issue proper disclosures as required by Federal regulatory compliance. Maintain a working knowledge of the mortgage lending and underwriting process. Maintain a working knowledge of banking regulations including Regulation Z and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA). Proficient in use of loan origination system, Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet.

Greets/welcomes customers in a friendly, professional manner. Follow all security guidelines set forth by Crest Savings Bank including safeguarding customer confidentiality. Actively participates and positively influences coworkers in all interactions including meetings, working groups, and other company activities. Performs other duties for the Bank as assigned at management's discretion. Required Experience Three (3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; or high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
