As a Debit Card Servicer II, you will be responsible for the following: Providing member services for Automated Teller Machine (ATM), MoneyPlus, and credit cardholders. Analyzing disputes and initiating chargebacks. Performing monetary and non-monetary adjustments and changes to cardholder accounts. Posting and imaging monetary and non-monetary adjustments to cardholder accounts. Servicing and balancing ATM machines. Interfacing with credit union staff, departments, and members as required. Serve as the more experienced member of the team and perform highest level of services, to include the most complex tasks and those that are cross functional Serve as a lead for projects when needed.
