Duties Provide outstanding customer service by assisting members with account inquiries, transactions, and product information Process cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and cashing checks while handling cash drawer responsibilities Manage banking software systems to update member accounts, perform data entry, and ensure compliance with banking regulations Detect and prevent fraud through vigilant monitoring of transactions and member activity, adhering to industry best practices in fraud prevention and detection Maintain detailed records of all transactions, adhere to cash management policies, and ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards. Assist with daily balancing of ACH, Online Banking, Mobile Deposit, Online Banking, and Vault Balancing. Requirements College Degree. Proven experience in a financial or banking environment Strong knowledge of banking products, financial services, and industry regulations related to financial compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and banking software platforms.
