Medical, Dental, Life, Retirement, PTO Responsibilities Manage ocean and air import shipments from origin to final delivery. Communicate with customers and provide shipment updates. Coordinate with overseas agents, carriers, customs brokers, and truckers. Prepare arrival notices, delivery orders, and billing invoices. Track shipments and resolve delays/issues. Maintain records and data in CargoWise. Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations and company procedures. Requirements 2+ years of import freight forwarding experience, preferably ocean and air. Knowledge of import documentation, Incoterms, and U.S. Customs procedures. CargoWise and MS Office experience. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma required; college degree preferred KPG123
