We are currently seeking qualified professionals to join our Cargo Sales Team based in San Francisco, CA . From San Francisco to destinations across Asia-Pacific, STARLUX connects people, businesses, and cultures across the Pacific every day. This role supports cargo commercial activity and operational coordination between the United States and our international network. Because the position works closely with our Taiwan-based headquarters, overseas stations, and regional customers, professional Mandarin proficiency (spoken and written) serves as an important working language for communication and documentation. The requirement reflects the collaborative nature of operating an international airline, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds who meet the qualifications and share an interest in a global aviation environment. Responsibilities Cargo Sales, Reservation & Customer Service Develop and expand the local cargo customer base through sales calls, meetings, presentations, and negotiations Respond to cargo reservation inquiries, including those from Mandarin-speaking clients, delivering responsive and professional service Meet cargo sales targets and KPIs Reporting & Market Strategy Prepare sales reports and documentation in both English and Mandarin as required Communicate and coordinate with internal departments and external partners Travel locally as needed to network with prospective and current clients Be available to rotate with the team and work overtime on weekends to handle booking requests and provide updated loading plans Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate manager Qualifications Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems, and collaborate within a team environment. Professional proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) required to support cross-regional communication and daily operational coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Valid driver's license. Salary commensurate with relevant experience. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require employer sponsorship for employment authorization now or in the future.
